Plank Tabata
Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 9:39PM One Tabata round is defined as 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. There are two rounds in one minute. All Tabatas are performed with a continuously running clock.
2 min right side plank (facing to your right, with only feet and right forearm touching the floor)
2 min left side plank
2 min front plank (toes and both forearms touching floor)
