Friday, July 1, 2011 at 2:15PM Complete 70 Handstand Push-ups (against a wall if necessary) in as few sets as possible. Each time your feet touch the ground, do 25 air squats.
*Lv. I athletes can scale to 35 HS push-ups, or go for 5 min. total HS holds.
