Getting Started
If you are new to CrossFit we recommend you come in for a free one-on-one trial session with a trainer. These sessions are typically available on weekdays at 11am or 4:30pm. Other times are available, but fluctuate from week to week, so get in touch with us and we'll find a time that works for you.
On-Ramp Program
Don't be intimidated by the heavy weights and skill-based lifts! All new members get 3 "on-ramp" classes to get things started which are included with their membership. In these sessions, you'll learn the 9 basic movements of CrossFit and get exposure to the basic theories and principles we base our training on, which will bring you up to speed for an all-levels class.
