*There will be an assortment of weights to choose from. Once you've started the workout, you cannot change your weight. Athletes will do one round of the movements listed consisting of max reps in 2:00, followed by 2:00 of rest. Immediately follwing, there will be a 2nd round of max reps for 1:00 followed by 1:00 rest. Score will be total reps completed times weight used.
