75 kb swings, 53/35lbs

75 sit ups

100 double unders

75 wall ball shots

800m run (x2)

*The row and run are done relay style. One partner does a 1k, then the second partner does a 1k.

The other reps are split between the two partners, but each must complete at least 15 reps of all movements.
