I know I promised longer workouts and choppers for Fridays but come on. Who doesnt want to get better at pull ups?
10 rounds for time:
3 weighted pull-ups, 40/20 lbs
5 strict pull ups
7 kipping pull-ups
*Dont worry, there will be plenty of scaling options available in class!
